Thay said, nothing causes more suffering than an untrained mind, and nothing creates more wellbeing and happiness than a well-trained mind. So, how do we train our mind? To train our mind we have to understand our mind. To understand is to love. To give our attention, our loving kindness to our own mind is a gentle encounter with reality. In this practice we get to know ourselves, love ourselves, and transform ourselves into yogis of the mind. This Sunday we’ll train ourselves in the fine art of mindful living.
