Loretta will facilitate the Recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. There will be a panel of five members who will recite one Training each and share on it briefly. The Recitation will be followed by a Q & A session. If you have any questions related to the Trainings, this would be a good time to ask them. We will have an “Ask-it Basket” to put your questions in anonymously, or you can ask the panel directly. May the torch guiding the way be made more bright for everyone!

“I have arrived, I am home” is the Dharma Seal of Plum Village and our core teaching and practice according to Thich Nhat Hanh. When we truly arrive peace, happiness and freedom are available. We can touch the wonders of life and even our suffering is revealed as compost for growing happiness. This Tuesday we will explore practical tools for engaging this teaching and growing the mind of love.
Bowing,
Pete
